'Hunny' has 20 years experience since graduating with a BSc (Hons) Sports Science. He has worked with individuals and teams with every goal imaginable. He is sure to get you on the right path and delivers results with his coaching methods and approach. As the expert strength and conditioning coach within the area he guarantees you will achieve great things.

Dan ' Starboy' Stephens is a very talented boxer and brings plenty of positivity and enthusiasm towards his clients. Dan is extremely disciplined and determined in nature which is a great trait that rubs off to clients to remain disciplined and committed to their training.
