'Hunny' has 15 years experience since graduating with a BSc (Hons) Sports Science. He has worked with individuals and teams with every goal imaginable. He is sure to get you on the right path and delivers results with his coaching methods and approach. As the expert strength and conditioning coach within the area he guarantees you will achieve great things.

Jade is a great coach and has recently joined the team and ticks all our boxes to deliver our first-class personal training services. Her attention to detail is exceptional and will endeavour to get you on the right path in order to achieve your goals and enhance the quality of your life.
