OUR CLASSES

BUILD

We train heroes of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. Our signature strength and conditioning sessions provide a workout that will enable your body to improve shape, tone, become stronger and function better. Our excellent coaching will help to reduce injuries in the future.

HYROX - ENGINE

Improve your cardio-respiratory fitness and Hyrox performance by developing your endurance. Ideal to help you become leaner, healthier and enhance your longevity as well as your fitness / sport performance for competitions. Get ready to breath heavy and sweat!

PERFORM

Our high intensity interval training sessions make exercising fun! Improve your muscle tone, fat burning, strength building, endurance and cardio fitness with our exclusive, popular class, adaptable for all abilities! Prepare to be pushed to your limits to target all muscles groups and achieve your goals with our superheroes!

HYROX BOOTCAMP

You don't need to be into Hyrox to LOVE this class! An amazing all round workout within a circuit style structure you could be doing battle ropes one moment and then pushing / pulling a sled the next as well as using a wide range of equipment performing various exercises.

YOGA

Bringing the body and mind into balance. Our classes focus on aligning and strengthening your body, whilst calming the mind with gentle breathing techniques. Increase your mobility flexibility and inner strength today.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Prepare to become an expert in barbell lifting effectively and correctly to enhance your strength and performance qualities as an athlete.

Develop your technique in all things lifting looking at the major compounds lifts and the more technical aspects of olympic lifting.

BOXFIT

BoxFit is a full body workout, engaging both the upper and lower body. This aerobic workout will get your heart pumping and can help lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke and diabetes. Get your gloves and pads ready for some super fun cardio, for all abilities.

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

Join an amazing group outdoors for some fun filled workout challenges! We incorporate games which brings bundles of laughs and use our outdoor space with equipment such as tyres, yokes, jerry cans, and much more for the BEST bootcamp experience around.
