This class involves body conditioning and resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. You will improve your physical fitness, speed, strength, endurance as we use high intensity interval training with different variety of exercises. You will work to what you are capable of doing so don’t think you have to be ‘SuperFit’ as it is our aim to get you closer and closer to becoming ‘SuperFit’! We will get you pushing yourselves to a zone of success! Expect to burn a high amount of Calories and melt the body fat away. Our circuits are fun and very effective as you work around participating in all sorts of exercises to a certain time, distance or amount of reps.
