Your coaching includes a personalised training plan, tailored nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins every Sunday, a monthly progress review, access to my support, and adjustments whenever needed.
Every Sunday at 6pm you'll automatically receive your check-in form. You fill it in, submit measurements/photos (optional), and I review everything within 24 hours and update your plan if required.
