1. What’s included in the online coaching programme?

Your coaching includes a personalised training plan, tailored nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins every Sunday, a monthly progress review, access to my support, and adjustments whenever needed.

2. How do the weekly check-ins work?

Every Sunday at 6pm you'll automatically receive your check-in form. You fill it in, submit measurements/photos (optional), and I review everything within 24 hours and update your plan if required.

3. What happens during the monthly progress review?

Every 28 days you’ll get a detailed review including metrics, performance improvements, habit score, nutrition consistency and any adjustments to your goals or strategy.

4. Do I need a gym membership?

No — your training programme is built around your lifestyle. You can choose gym-based, home-based, or hybrid workouts.

5. What if I have injuries or can’t do certain exercises?

Your plan is fully customisable. If something hurts, can’t be done, or equipment changes, I adapt your programme immediately.

6. How do I contact my coach if I need help?

You’ll have a direct message channel for support, and you can reach out anytime for form checks, questions, or adjustments.

7. Is the nutrition plan vegetarian/vegan friendly?

Yes — we can customise your plan to vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, or any preferences/allergies.

8. What happens if my payment fails or I cancel my subscription?

If a payment fails you’ll receive an automated reminder and a retry attempt will occur.

If you cancel, your workflow and coaching access will automatically stop.

9. How long do I need to sign up for?

There is no long-term contract. It's a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime.

10. Who is this coaching for?

Anyone wanting to lose weight, build muscle, improve fitness, prepare for HYROX, gain structure, stay accountable, or simply develop a healthier lifestyle.

11. How soon can I start?

As soon as you sign up — you’ll receive your onboarding form immediately and your personalised plan within 24–48 hours.

12. Will I get meal plans?

You’ll get personalised nutrition guidance based on your preferences (e.g. vegetarian, high-protein, calorie-targeted). Full meal plans can be included depending on your goal.

13. Do I need to track calories?

Not always. You can choose a structured calorie approach or a simple portion-based method depending on what works best for you.

14. Can beginners join?

Yes — your programme is tailored to your current level, whether beginner or advanced.

15. What results can I expect?

This depends on effort and consistency, but you can expect improved fitness, better habits, more energy, and steady progress towards your body composition goals.
