Super YoungSTARS circuits
Our super YoungSTARS sessions are designed to help motivate youngsters to come and get fit and active. At Superhero Fitness we aim to always make our sessions enjoyable and very effective so it is an ideal chance for youngsters to get into good habits now and incorporate exercise within their lives.
Tuesday sessions is a fitness session based around boxing where our Thursday sessions is a general fitness based circuit. Either way, we provide an awesome all round workout whether you come on Tuesday or Thursday!
