We get running doing intervals, fartlek and continuous training outside going different routes around Trimley!

As a highly qualified and experienced trainer graduated from university, Liam can design a program to improve your running without running! Work on the fundamentals to help technique and activate/ stretch certain muscles to improve running performance!
