Group Training

Professional PT group sessions designed with a specific goal in mind. Recent programmes have included Speed programme,Strength programme and Weight loss programme. Using specialised trainers knowledge to work towards group goals.

If you want to learn anything specific like how to weight lift properly and effectively or how to reach your weight goals then come and do so in a small group setting where you will get a group chat fro encouragement and twice weekly group PT sessions.
