Super Circuits (Ladies)
Ladies Only. This class involves body conditioning and/or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
Our circuits are fun and very effective as you work around participating in various exercises to a certain time, distance or amount of reps. You will LOVE it!
